Products bought from Vivo online store are delivered by carrier. The buyer is notified about the delivery by the carrier in advance. The delivery is confirmed by the recipient by signing the delivery note. The order is shipped in 3 business days after Vivo has received the payment. The order is delivered to the buyer within 3-14 business days.
If the buyer is not reachable in 7 business days since the first notification, the products will be sent back to Vivo storehouse. The buyer has to contact Vivo customer support by phone or e-mail in order to receive the order. The order will be shipped again after the buyer pays the costs regarding shipping and returns.
